Witch hat/Conical filters.

These filter elements are intended to protect pumps, compressors or other equipment during the commissioning of new installations or overhauls. Their function is to retain slag, pipe remnants or other foreign bodies resulting from the assembly.

Temporary filters do not require the laying of pipes or special housings for their installation as they are self-supporting and are installed as if they were together between flanges.

• Available in three types of constructions: Conical, Basket or Flat.
• Constructed in carbon steel or stainless steel of various grades.
• Custom designed to meet free area requirements.
• Different sizes from 1″ to 36″ and series # 150 to # 900.
• Available in micron rates ranging from 400 to 10,000 microns.
