Medium efficiency droplet separators.

PlatePacks are phase separators (liquid-gas) of medium efficiency. Their construction consists of a set of very closely overlapping corrugated plates that form a sinuous passage for the gas stream.

These separators ensure a low pressure drop and allow operation when the fluid has large amounts of liquid. Unlike other droplet separators, efficiency is reduced when condensates are present in droplets smaller than 20 microns.

These droplet separators can be easily installed in new or existing housings and their pressure drop is so low that operating conditions are not affected.
