Droplet separators of medium efficiency.

VanePacks are phase separators (liquid-gas) of medium efficiency. Their construction consists of a set of very closely overlapping corrugated plates that form a sinuous passage for the gas stream.

These separators can be built with 1 or 2 pockets per cycle in order to achieve the best ratio between separation efficiency and pressure drop. With correct sizing, these elements can achieve efficiencies of 99% in droplets in the range 10 – 15 microns.

VanePacks can be easily installed in new or existing housings and their pressure drop is so small that it does not change the operating conditions.
